I would have been happy with just a partial refund. Her communication was also EXCELLENT. The one I received was 71/2" x 6", not what I was looking for. The size should have been in the description. The reason I rated positive is the Item was shipped fast, good packing material and an offer to return. All other description (condition) was correct. Beware and get details.
