I don't consider two very noticeable dents (one about the size of a quarter) on the back of the iPad and two very noticeable scratch/scuff "minimal". The screen was flawless and the inclusion of a charger and lightning cable is appreciated.

Item was used but was in very good condition. Very pleased with this transaction as the price was under $10 and these cases were very expensive when new. I would use these guys again in fact I ordered another case from them for another one of my surface I have a surface 3 which is a 10 inch and I have a surface 7 which is a 12.3 . Definitely recommend this seller!! Buying these spectrum locked phones meant they have visual voicemail. They are super nice. Shipping was fast and we got updates along the way. Very happy!!

The iPad arrived with a cracked screen. When I asked for an exchange, the seller offered a $20 refund or told me to buy a new one, return the damaged one, and pay for shipping—leaving me out nearly $300. The item was defective, yet the seller offered no real solution. I tried to work it out, but this experience was disappointing. I’d recommend buying from another seller.
