They shipped out the package right away, everything was securely packaged, and it showed up exactly as described. They even gave me a refund for surplus shipping costs.     It arrived yesterday and FedEx left it outside in the rain and not on my porch. It arrived very nicely packaged and the factory box was wrapped in plastic. (It’s almost like you knew FedEx was that unintelligent 👍👍) The shipping was very reasonable and plenty of bubble wrap filler. You must be a hookah person to appreciate the beauty of this hookah smoking machine and the cost of a well made piece. Nice value for the piece as described.

    Wife absolutely loved her birthday gift and it was packaged excellently. The seller communicated that they had to take it apart to protect it from damage which made me happy that they put that much thought into it. It was described and shipped well and for the value it was the best choice on ebay.
