    Sent me wrong model (HUH721212ALE601 instead of the 600), but all OK - Seller willing to grant a longer warranty to compensate for wrong model (I ordered ALE600 for its reliability) - SMART fine, drive healthy, seller does not wipe statistics (good) - Drive from 2018, 56,418 hours power-on time (~6 years). - Consistent with pictures in listing. Older than first drive I ordered from seller, but all OK -- luck of the draw! - Well-packaged, fast delivery Would buy again, cheers.

    Following an issue with the original laptop they discovered before dispatch, we got into communication about alternatives. They suggested 2 alternatives (or full refund). Both were sensible alternatives and I chose one. This arrived promptly. So excellent communications, good assistance with my issue and once that was resolved, prompt delivery. I will certainly consider them again in the future.

    Very happy with the service from this seller. Very helpful with my questions and got back to me promptly. Which helped me to decide to proceed with purchasing the laptop and it was as described. Delivery was fast and kept me informed on the tracking. I would definitely use them again. Bit to early to review the laptop as not used it much yet but all seem fine and hopefully it’s stay’s that way. Once again thank you Dinotech for the smooth transaction.
