I bolted mine to a custom MDF desk top and tied my chair to the sim racer frame with para cord. It goes nowhere and chair swivels so you can get in and out. Make large loops in para cord to slip over opposite castors on chair then tie to frame in the correct spot. Loops slip over castors to move chair out the way when cleaning. Lovi g the set up. I'm reasonably tall @194 cm but can fit my legs into the frame to comfortably use it. Very happy and would highly recommend.
