They accidentally shipped me the wrong machine—they had 2 very similar listings, totally understandable. When I messaged them they responded right away, sent me a label to ship them back the first machine, and quickly shipped me the correct machine. They covered all extra shipping fees. Shipping was extremely fast both times. And my new machine is amazing! It works great and came with everything in the photo—tons of accessories, a great value for the price!

Looks brand new and everything with it looks the same way. Was missing two small items that were shown in the picture. Contacted seller and they responded within 30 minutes and said they would ship them on Monday. I am very pleased with the purchase and dealing with this seller.
