Unfortunately the item was shipped to a different address due to a clerical error. The seller was extremely accommodating in the quest to find the missing package - when it became apparent it was lost they offered me a replacement immediately which I received quickly and in great condition. I greatly appreciate the customer service shown, probably the best I have ever encountered on eBay. Would recommend purchasing from them again.
