    Shipping was a day early, Packed well for shipping, box was not damaged. Item arrived as described, only thing I was concerned about, THERE WERE NO INSTRUCTIONS......had to find a YouTube video to figure everything out. Good price, I am just starting to shoot with a Gimble, so the price was affordable and this does just as well, and the ones in the $200 range Only gave 3 stars on communication, because there was not any from either one of is. Smooth transaction regardless.

    Item came in a timely fashion and the packing was very good. Item came as described, NEW condition. It is missing the shoulder strap--don't know if that was in the description and/or whether a "stock" picture was used. The strap didn't really matter to me. A good value; very happy with the purchase.

    Basically as described, everything was included and packaged extremely well to ensure the box itself was not damaged. The price listed is the same as the base, but for this being the pro version made it well worth it. Shipping was fast, less than a week before I ordered it.
