Bought it to replace my previous dehumidifier of the same brand that had stopped working, exhibiting the same problem. That fact, plus there were water stains and other markings, leads me to believe that the item was heavily used. The seller hasn't responded to my messages, definitely want a refund.

Neither one was even answered. It took 10 days to receive my shipment and it was described as having an open box but not only was this an open box it was a return from another person and they didn’t even care enough to take their return labels off. The stickers were still on the box right underneath my name and labelnot very professional and lots of people are selling
