They helped me set up a teams account for after sales service. We have been using printer in our retail t-shirt business all week in a tourist area, so it have been running amazing. You do have to keep up maintenance everyday, but it is pretty simple. The cost for the printer is very reasonable for the quality you get from it.

As i opened up the chest the oven was scratched on the same corner as the ding on the box so indicating the chest cracked open and oven slid out and hit the ground
