The appearance is OK, cannot feel any differences from the original cartridges. The print quality also remains but the warning message from HP software about not using OE cartridges is a bit annoying. But cannot complain with the value of this product. Very happy with it.

Looking good on arrival. 1 box of toner (yellow) packed in middle of pack slight crush damage on corner (clearly pre-packing) but, appears sound on inspection ex box. Toners are for spares therefore awaiting use. Great value for TN247 style toner cartridges. Would buy again. Excellent delivery on tiime ... just, even if it was in the dark early evening difficult delivery area!
