But everything inside was in perfect condition. And i can't complain about the value that i am getting for the item. Appearance is great. Very fast shipping, and a pleasure to do business with. Would definitely do business again if another item is listed that i am looking for or needing.

The binoculars functioned perfectly but was missing the associated accessories such as the lens caps. That was expected as there was not mention of it in the description. Great seller overall and would buy from this seller again.

They would not include sales tax even though I paid it for my purchase. They started at $5, then $15 and eventually I just wanted to stop communicating and stop dealing with them. They are unreasonable. Difficult to deal with. Ship their items in crummy reused chip boxes. That get damaged. Items are more damaged than described. I will never buy from this seller again! The dolls were packaged well but there was clear shipping carrier mishandling as it looks like every single fragile sticker was punched. Hopefully the carrier actually did that damage. You consistently said the dolls were in worse condition which we can see the pictures for comparison, the dolls were in the same listed condition. You said they did “take a beating”. I PAID $53 for these dolls and you got me a refund but refused the tax “because you don’t make money on that.” FYI I Still get charged for it during the sale!
