The shipping was weather delayed, for 2 weeks stuck in Lexington Kentucky P.O. but it finally was delivered. I worried about it sitting in that frozen P.O. warehouse. It thawed out for a day, I down loaded the driver and It took three head cleaning sessions and finally the test pattern was good and but the test letter came out perfect! It's a quality product and works excellent. Great condition and deal, thanks 👍

The step by step instructions really help and the QR codes to scan that takes you right to the YouTube video. Nothing came damaged in shipping. Already printed a few things and they came out great! Only issue I had was the shipping it took longer than expected and was no fault of the seller. Recommend going with them again. Loved that I didn’t have to go through the hassle of converting a printer. And the price point was perfect!

I had zero experience with this printer, and, with the instructions, I was able to get it unpacked and up and running in less than 15 minutes (again, I have never used a sublimation printer). Great printer at a great price, and the seller is solid.

The delivery guy placed it on its side even though it clearly had "This side up" printed on the box, however, due to the exceptional packng and precautions taking by the seller everything was intact. The printer itself prints like a dream, it looks good and is in great condition. The price was perfect and I am very happy with my printer. I would not hesitate to buy from this seller again, thanks.
