Seller cancelled transaction and stated BUYER requested . BEWARE!!!

We purchased and paid for the lot of 8 as advertised tax free with freeshipping. After seller taken our money next days he's messages that only one is available. And five days later after our payment he charges us additional charges. He is not refunded the illegal additional charges week later. Very dishonest practices.
