They make it clear that they take a while to ship the item. I am not sure about their process, and I admit, I had to ask them about shipping a couple times because of the delay. But I eventually did get my order. Considering this item came all the way from Japan I will try to be understanding, but if you want stuff fast you may want to consider another source.
