Considering it is 110 years old, it is in great condition and very readable. It was very well packaged on its trip to me and I received it several days ago. This seller is a great eBayer, and I highly recommend him if you are looking for any antique books or maps to purchase. I certainly will not hesitate to purchase from him in the future.
