I told them them I shouldn't have to pay for return shipping since the item wasn't a standard tool & was told that I would have to pay shipping & a restocking fee for an item worth $17 dollars.. This company's customer service is trash and they don't care to make the situation correct. Reviews don't lie. You have been warned
