Very positive and friendly response from supplier who promised full refund. Had to activate return process via eBay procedure which was easy to follow. Return postage label supplied within minutes. Would use this supplier again as delivery was very quick and my complaint was handled in a very professional manner. Have just posted item back to supplier and awaiting refund.

I needed this item and had to buy another as I couldn't wait any longer. Given the option to refuse item when delivered and send it back, I wasn't home when it finally arrived so no chance to return it. I'm not paying to return it so I'll keep it. Positive feedback for seller, Negative for Evri.
