The seller shipped the item on time using first class mailing and the shipping price was low for a single inexpensive card, so not their fault.

There was a strange snafu with the tracking number never updating, but after reading some of the other reviews, this just happens sometimes and is absolutely not a fault of the seller. The seller was excellent with communication and was completely willing to work with me on a refund when it seemed like the parcel was possibly lost, but all is well that ends well! The seller is a delight to work with and I am so happy everything worked out well! Thank you!
