If the equipment has a fault, it is a factory fault beyond our control. We sold a lot of them and all in UE, and we have a lot of positive comments on them. We offered for this client few possibilities solution of the problem. We do not avoid responsibility if something is wrong, but we also have no influence on when and how the client will react or respond, because it is his own decision.
