I purchased 3 different dies. Unfortunately this die, & 2nd die out of the 3 purchased, wouldn't cut on my 'Bigshot plus' cutting machine (even after several attempts & use of various shims). I messaged/sent photos to Seller, who immediately responded, offering advice=still no success. Seller offered refund or replacement. 3rd die cuts beautifully.
