They knew I was excited for one piece in particular, and they took extra care with that one and wrapped it extra safe. I cannot recommend this seller enough- you will not regret buying from them. They quickly answered my questions about the item in detail, and provided timely updates along the way from purchase to arrival at my house. USPS caused the package to get delayed far longer than it was supposed to, and seller was very understanding when any issues arose from that. Seller quickly addressed concerns they came up (possibly due to weather or with battery/quartz movement) and issued a refund right away, no questions asked. On time delivery and good packaging. I had some concerns with the watch initially and thought it was not working and the seller was completely understanding and willing to fully refund. I started the return process and later was able to figure out that the watch was in perfect working order. Great watch for the value. All I can say is I would do business with this seller any day, deserves 6 stars.
