My issue and reason for the negative feedback is down to the product itself. It isn't quite wide enough or adhesive enough for the Honor Magic 5 Lite phone and therefore it doesn't adhere properly over the curved edge. It simply lifts itself up at the edges after you've applied it and I cannot get it to remain stuck down. I simply had to remove it and discard it.

The seller refunded out of goodwill but also persisted, so I did eventually receive both orders. I appreciated that they didn't let it drop and kept communicating. So 5 star service even if not express!
