I contacted the seller immediately upon receiving the handbag to tell them that it is NOT authentic and I returned the handbag. Per USPS tracking, the handbag will be delivered back to the seller by Monday. I have also requested a FULL refund including all shipping charges paid as the seller has misrepresented the item sold. I have not received any response from the seller. She messaged and wanted to send the bag back and I immediately messaged her that I was sorry she didn't like the bag and to start a return. She blasted me with capital letters what she was expecting for a refund. I never challenged her about not giving her a full refund but she is a nasty rude buyer!! Then she gave me a negative which didin't shock me for a person such as her. The handbag is totally authentic...!!
