They answered all my questions and also helped me diagnose the problem after I installed the repaired amplifier. Turns out my factory head unit is also defective. They offered to repair it also for a reasonable price but I opted to install aftermarket head unit . The shipping process was very quick . They did the repair the same day they received my amplifier and shipped it back to me the next day. The whole process was 9 days !

I sent one message asking info and 1 message during repair and both were answered within an hour. The hardest part about this was finding a box to ship.... I got the receiver back, installed in a few minutes, and everything was back to working perfectly.
