I thought my amplifier died so I shipped to OEM Auto Audio for repair and after testing Joe let me know the amplifier was fine. Joe suspected it was a problem with the head unit so he returned the amplifier and shipped me a remanufactured head unit and now everything works great. Very honest. I would not hesitate to use again.

Everything works like factory. Strongly recommend Joe service

Ended up being the amp. Sent them my damaged ML amp and they fixed it the same day they received it. Shipping was quick and I’m overall satisfied with the repair.
