If you know how to solder (which you should lol, if you are buying this device), you can swap the single 10 ohm resistor to two 300 ohm resistors to make the USA equivalent. Or you can check out eevblog/forum and find out that by installing two 180 ohm resistors you will get same power of suction as in the original 100V version.
