It was not their fault, but offered a refund since they didn’t have any additional stock if it hadn’t arrived. Fortunately, USPS just decided to take it on a vacation for an extra couple days. It was packed well, a reasonable price, and brand new as described. Will gladly do business with again.

The item came in secure packaging and great condition. It even shipped faster than the estimated delivery date. Can't believe this seller was so much cheaper compared to Amazon and was completely valid too.

When I ordered the part we had a slight miscommunication in the numbers and I received an incorrect part. I contacted them and it was immediately resolved with a new correct part sent and a return notice to send the incorrect one back. I would say they have excellent customer service (and prices) and would not hesitate to order again from them. Top notch eBay seller!
