The heat transfer through this heat wrap is pretty strong, and so I am not really noticing much blocking of heat. The surface temp of the exhaust near the rear had been 268F and with this wrap it becomes 249F, and so not exactly a major heat reduction. Not sure how fiberglass wrap would be different but so far it looks as if this wrap is similar to wrapping the exhaust in METAL -- which, I don't know, but maybe I should have expected this result.

Shipping was through a 3rd party Asian/Chinese company that does not know how to ship and how to update their tracking. I can not recommend this seller.
