However, I was exceedingly impressed that when I messaged the company concerned, they replied very quickly, explained that they had sent the wrong item but their supplier didn't have the correct part in stock. They also advised that a refund would be issued very quickly and they did just that. I was very impressed and, for that reason, I would happily purchase items from them again.
