Packaging needs more thought: box literally enormous for the volume of content and no padding was used to restrict movement, so 13 boxes of filters were free to rattle around inside. Also the packing tape had split apart in places so contents easily viewable in transit. Thankfully though, none were lost or damaged. Best wishes, CJ

The batteries had not arrived after more than 2 weeks because of problems in the mail (NOT THE SELLER'S FAULT). I complained about about them not arriving, and shortly after I received a full refund on Paypal. The very next day the batteries arrived, so I messaged the vendor offering to make a payment. Clearly the £3.65 is not a huge impact on him, BUT I have mailed him a cheque for that amount as I don't want him to lose out because of a Royal Mail problem.
