Two weeks after the sale, I have no idea whether my package has shipped or whether the buyer has just kept the money. My status hasn’t changed from “paid” and the seller refuses to reply to any of my 3 requests for an update. Out of seven years of trading, we have never had any complaints on our service, so rest assured this was a one off mistake on our behalf proving we are only human...
