I order a rudraksha that was to be a dark red bead but when it arrived it was very damaged as it was a brown that I've never seen before. It also had burn marks all over it and had two chips in the bead. The bag itself smelt like burned wood and plastic. When I asked him to replace it he refused and told me it's suppose to look like that. I have lots, don't look like this. I told him I send it back and to send a brand new one but he also refused. I waited long to get this

The product I received was cracked and the same was not apparent in the display images of the product while ordering it. I logged my complaint to the seller. Although, I was looking for a fresh piece of Rudraksha, the seller agreed to refund my full amount instead of sending a new piece. We both finally agreed for the refund. The seller also asked me to revise my rating.
