    Got a notice that package had arrived, but I did not see it at my house. I made the mistake of assuming it would be delivered to my door. I went down the street to our mailbox and the package as there, well wrapped. Upon inspection of the item I was impressed to see a test report with it, and it seems as if it is brand new.     Extremely easy to work with and helped me pick the right alternator for my vehicle. They personally messaged me to tell me the alternator I chose wouldn't actually fit my vehicle, and if I wanted one that would be compatible that they'd send the right one.
