HOWEVER, one MAJOR concern is that the metal case is NOT electrically isolated from the terminals. This may pose a safety issue if the device is monitoring the temperature of a metal object because it will short one of the terminals to it. In my application, I had to electrically insulate the device from the object I was monitoring.

I got all money back, including shipping. So service that sense is a 10, or A, or 5 star. Can happen, but 40-50% above specs is strange. But experience wit the seller itself is very positive.
