Fits Summit Racing 4 barrel carb but a bit tight on the base of the Summit Racing air filter housing.. I had to "stretch" the ring ever so slightly (using a bench vise) then use force to slide it onto the bottom fiter housing.. It's on so tight it's now a part of the housing, which I like. When I remove the housing from the carburetor, the ring stays on the housing. I prefer it that way. So I'm happy with it.
