First of all you demanded that I price match with another seller. I explained to you several times that I wasn't able to do that. You kept messaging me asking why I couldn't do it. Then when you received the ring you said it was too small and asked to return the ring. I accepted your return as an exception. I do charge a restocking fee. According to Ebay's policy due to your reason for return you are responsible for return shipping costs. I don't charge it ebay does.
