After several attempts to contact seller with no response, I had to involve eBay customer service. While I received a refund, seller never contacted me to correct the situation. Poor communication. Then the seller blocked me from purchasing from them. Poor customer service. There was purple/magenta in the kit, and per the buyer’s request we matched that color for the numbers. They later messaged that it didn’t match their gloves—we had no idea they were trying to color-match a personal item, which was odd. Exact matching requires a physical sample. The item was returned and fully refunded. Our customer service was excellent.
