I contacted the seller and he got back to me that USPS lost a cart and it would be re-sent. USPS then delivered it to the wrong town. What was a problem is their customer communictions. When I purchased the piece from ebay I realized about an hour later that ebay had sent them the wrong mailing address. I knew I had plenty of leeway time to either alert Nash or ebay. I tried both, no response. OH yeah, try to get a hold of ebay . I still recommend Nash co. , just make sure all your information is correct.
