As you can see in the picture the tool is closer to 40mm. Seller blamed me, is refusing to respond to my communication. Communication was also good. I would suggest to the seller that they mention the power cord for this dispenser is located in one of the dispensing container boxes. I had 12 to go through to see if it was even in there. Overall, good though.
