Take your chances with this one, I certainly won't be using again. Customer had no patience and clearly does not understand how long 2nd class can take. This customer is one to avoid & not us. Plus why would i send special next day delivery which is 8.99 and why say it was sent that way and then say 1st class. If you are going to lie and cause trouble you should at least try and make sense
