The nature of the design of the ring will cause the tail of the shamrock to extend beyond the boundaries of the band. If you wish we will be more than happy to shorten the extent of the tail of the ring for you free of charge . Sorry that the design doesn’t suit your needs, but it is after all it is a shamrock design depicting a natural shamrock. Thank you for you custom & your valued response. Regards Tim

By mistake, I ordered white gold, instead of yellow gold, contacted them and said, sent if back and we'll exchange it, only to receive the replacement, 2 days later! The ring is absolutely beautiful and my wife loves it! If I could, I'd leave 6 stars, for the fantastic service. We will be definitely buying other items from you!

These are the type of people worth dealing with. And what happened to the communication and postage stars, they deserve a 5 star rating on each of those.
