Item (Meisel Violin) wrapped beautifully and arrived in good shape. Item was as described. I'm happy with the purchase. However, I asked seller about the violin's size (makes a big difference in who can use it). They can't be bothered to look inside the body for identifying information, so I'm not surprised that the response was 31". The largest violin end-to-end is 24" so they obviously measured the case. Not helpful info at all.

The seller took tremendous care to wrap the picture so it would not be damaged in shipping. Fast FedEx delivery, too. One in a million Seller. Picture just as described. Great price and value. Unfortunately, they didn't work because they wouldn't hold a charge. That said—two things: first, Apple was able to repair them because they still had an Apple are policy attached, so lucky me! Second, the seller was willing and able to offer me either a partial refund or a return! I took the partial refund, which they honored even after Apple fixed them! Kind and honorable seller; thank you!
