TRIED to get out of taking responsibility by falsely claiming the 30 day return policy and 30 days hadn't even passed. Mostly because it took 16 days to be shipped!!! Tried to say they were as is when they were advertised as new. Seller has been given MANY chances to make this sale right but continues to do nothing!!! Seller has shown their poor intentions so MANY times!!!
