    I have made multiple attempts over 3 days to contact the seller before leaving feedback with no response. My product arrived with a hole in the side seam of the tube and most of the product missing. The box wasn't wet inside, so it's clear the product was shipped this way. Seller did not respond to repeated attempts to resolve. Absolutely do not recommend this seller. If seller wishes to resolve, I'll update this review.

    Our offices are closed on weekends. If you message late on Friday night it your message will at the very latest be returned Monday. We check all items before shipment. It was sealed and new when shipped with no damage. However, that does not matter we will accept responsibility for the post office damage. A refund/replacement was offered. Thanks

    Love this product. Unfortunately IT Cosmetics was sold and they no longer make this product. Shipping and packaging was perfect and it was as described. However, the value is twice the amount it was when they were producing this product. As such, if you really want it you have to pay the price. I am pleased.
