    Item came in very good condition with nice appearance, but box was pretty water damaged, yet as described. Great value and quality. Very detailed building. Packaging with bubble wrap was great to protect items. Shipping speed as expected for USPS Ground Advantage. Communication response time when I had questions about combining shipping was excellent. Seller combined shipping for me for multiple items. Great seller and I would definitely buy from again! One of my favorite Dept 56 sellers!
