    The HP EliteDesk PC was is great condition when it arrived. It was packaged well and everything was as described. The shipping was delayed due to an error in USPS and the seller was able to resolve this and get the package to me correctly. No fault of the seller and they were quick to respond and resolve it.     Item got stuck in shipping and hadn’t moved in a week. Even though the package getting stuck in transit wasn’t the seller’s fault, I contacted the seller and he was able to open up a case with USPS and get my package moving again. Item arrived shortly after contacting the seller. The item worked perfectly. I have purchased from this seller many times and the items have always been excellent and so has the customer service.     Product shipped quickly. It was well packaged in bubble wrap that was taped, but it also wasn't wrestling a polar bear to get it out of the packing either. The laptop is as described and I am very happy with the product. I can't believe I got a laptop with these specs for the price of a new Chromebook (that will be obsolete in six months). Would definitely consider using this seller again for electronic needs.
