    I purchased these black ventilated PS5 cover plates, and after they were delivered and I opened the box one of the bigger cover plates were missing. I reached out to the seller, and he resolved the issue by issuing me a refund and did not require me to send them back. I understand mistakes happen. The seller was courteous and I would purchase from him again. Thank you!

    Couldn't have asked for a better seller to do business with! I was in a time crunch and uncertain if this item could arrive before a wedding I planned to attend. I messaged the seller and they responded immediately. They assured me they would send the package out first thing the next morning, which they did, and amazingly it arrived two days before I the wedding! Sooner than anticipated.

    Shipping was free, packaging was adequate there was no damage, item was as described, excellent value. Item arrived sunday, opened package to ck for damage, didn't see any, installed to ck operation and everything worked as item description said it would, hope it's not temporary but extremely happy with purchase and thank you.
