    Wonderful customer service, exactly as described, packaging safe, and it was of great value! FedEx messed up the shipping, sent me a notice it was delivered to the city the seller lived it the same day it was shipped, but if you looked at the shipping it really looked off. Contacted seller, refunded immediately and began a claim with FedEx. Miraculously the package continued through the FedEX system, received it just a few days later than when expected, contacted seller and was able to pay them
