    The seller communication was great! I spoke with them prior to my purchase regarding measurements and they responded very quickly. The shipping was reasonable and I received a tracking number a day after ordering. The chair was packed very well and there was no additional damage to any part of the chair or accessories. The pictures were very accurate and the seller was more than happy to clarify my questions. I think the value is great and I hope to order from this seller again.

    Wheelchair came quickly and as described! Seller communicated throughout and prior to shipping and the packaging was incredibly secure. The castor wheels had to be removed for shipping purposes but seller informed me and they were incredibly easy to place back on. Overall this is a fantastic chair and will give my partner greater access to the world around us for a great value. If we ever have additional needs we will be buying from them again!

    In these days and times the old saying of “Buyer beware” have never been more important. Not a concern here. I can assure you that this is NOT the case with member men909. I recently purchased from them 3 items. Two wheelchairs and a Navione one power Assist package. All of the parcels arrived on time, perfectly as described, if not better.
